Is Shockwave therapy safe for me?
Shockwave therapy is generally safe and has no known side effects although a short term discomfort such as tingling or numbing feeling may be felt during and after the treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
Number of treatments depends on an individual’s case yet a significant relief is likely to be felt after the first treatment.
How long is a treatment session?
The first visit is likely to take about an hour as we have to do a thorough evaluation of your case but the treatment itself usually takes less than 30 minutes. The follow-up treatment sessions are generally quicker.
Our experienced physiotherapists have in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, joint motion, and the overall human anatomy which allowed us to successfully treat a variety of painful conditions.
We determine the root of impairment by a thorough evaluation and execute the right radial shockwave techniques according to your individual needs.
• One-to-one, evidence-based approach

• We show you how to keep pain from coming back – on your own

"Ace was recommended to me for the shockwave therapy they provide. I had been in pain for so long it was incredible for me to find that after only a few sessions I could again raise my arm above shoulder height! That was a few years ago - now I'm back for hip trouble and am again amazed because I am finally pain free after so long suffering. I'll never wait so long to go back again! Recommend them more highly than I have words to express. : ) " ~ Tanya Durr Google Review
"Amazing staff here - all the way from the receptionist to the therapist. I saw Anna for shockwave therapy which was great. You feel like you get what you came for with helpful sessions and no up-selling of other treatments. Highly recommended. " ~ Vai Saxena Google Review
